Pricing

Prices applicable for United Kingdom Mainland only (excluding Channel Islands, Ireland and Isle of Wight).

The price you pay is the price shown in the checkout section of our website at the time you place your order. If an error in pricing occurs, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

Delivery

All orders are normally despatched to the delivery address that you supply within 14 days of receipt. If an item is temporarily unavailable for any reason or has a longer lead time, then you will be notified of the revised despatch date and given the opportunity to cancel your order. Your credit card will be debited prior to despatch of your order.

A carrier will be used to deliver your items and a contact telephone number must be given when the order is placed as all goods need to be signed for.

The price you pay for delivery is the price shown in the checkout section of our website at the time you place your order. This price will vary depending on which product you choose.

Returns

We accept the return of all items only if they are returned within 14 days and in their original packaging and condition. Under these circumstances we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item (less delivery charge). You will be responsible for the cost of the carriage to return the goods. All returns can be arranged through the carrier who delivered to you by contacting us by email to gardelights@aol.com or by telephone on 01483 277000. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Refunds will only be given after the returned item(s) have been received and inspected.
